A Day at Nursery

Nurturing potential

We fill each day with engaging activities, playful learning and new discoveries, guiding your little ones to flourish and nurturing their potential. Here is what our days look like…

Two young girls with blonde hair, one with red hair, wearing yellow safety vests, are playing on a seesaw in a playground. They are facing each other and smiling, with greenery and a fence in the background.

Trips out

We take trips out every day. We love exploring the station and waving at the trains and guessing where they are going. We sometimes take the train to Lewes, Preston Park or other exciting places!

Children gathered around a giant, colorful, cartoonish sheep sculpture in an outdoor setting, some touching or looking at it. An adult woman is guiding a conversation about the sculpture. Some children are in strollers, and others are standing or sitting on the ground. The scene appears to be at a public event or outdoor exhibition.

Finding Inspiration

We are surrounded by incredible street art in the North Laines. There is something new to see everyday. The art around us inspires us with our own craft time.

Exploring Nature

Our WRAP nursery is surrounded by a variety of wonderful green spaces, which we go out and explore every day.

Museums

You will often find us looking at the fascinating exhibitions at the Brighton Museum and Art gallery, which is just on our doorstep!

Our Soft Play!

We are lucky to have a multilevel play frame in our setting which we enjoy every day. We love climbing, sliding, jumping, running and generally letting off steam with our friends!

A young child with a joyful expression is playing with blue yarn, pulling and holding it as they sit at a table with various crafting supplies, including a red notebook and scissors.

Arts and Crafts

We love being creative. We paint, draw, cut, stick, print and paste. We use natural, washable materials and often have a theme to our creations.
